Return and exchange policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear bottoms

  • Intimates / lingerie

  • Beauty or skincare products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@vibedelmareua.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or denial of the refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Defective items

  • Wrong item received

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • For defective/wrong items, we cover the shipping cost.
